The use of the See Your Future website and services is governed by these Terms of Use. By using See Your Future, you acknowledge that you have read the Terms of Use and the disclaimers contained therein and that you accept and agree to be bound by the terms thereof.

ACCEPTANCE PROCEDURE
By accessing materials on the See Your Future Web Site (the "Web Site") you agree with these Terms of Use. The Web Site includes, without limitation, all content, information, text, questions, comments, ideas, graphics, images, tools, and software programs contained in the web site and related materials. See Your Future reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change these Terms of Use from time to time, and your access to the Web Site will be deemed to be your acceptance of and agreement to any such changed terms and conditions.

See Your Future knows that the privacy of your personal information is important to you. Therefore, we have established a Privacy Policy which is part of this Agreement.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT NEITHER SEE YOUR FUTURE, NOR ANY OF ITS OR THEIR AFFILIATES (INCLUDING PARENT OR SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES), WILL BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES, EITHER ACTUAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, OR TO YOUR (OR ANY THIRD PARTY'S) USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE, OR TO YOUR RELIANCE UPON ANY INFORMATION. RESTRICTIONS; COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
Your right to use the Web Site and the Services is personal to you. You are solely responsible for the contents of your transmissions through the Web Site and your use of the Services is subject to all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations. See Your Future reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to immediately terminate your access to and use of the Web Site or the Services without right to refund, for any violation of these Terms of Use.

Orders/Billing. In consideration for the Online Products you receive from See Your FutureTM, you agree to pay the Fees (as defined below). You pay the Fees via the credit that you provide as part of your Application or update as a later date ("Active Credit Card"). Your Trial Offer (when available), a bandwidth ("Delivery") fee of Two dollars and Ninety-Five cents ($2.95) ("Delivery Fee"). When our Offer is indicated to be "Risk-Free" we mean that by providing the ability to fully cancel and stop future payments, we eliminate the risk of incurring unwanted charges or commitments.

Offer Details: Clicking the "Submit" button will activate your trial membership with See Your Future. To activate your trial membership to See Your Future™ you will be charged the refundable Delivery Fee, you will then be granted instant access to Member Services. After your five (5) day trial period you will be charged forty eight dollars and twenty cents ($48.20) per month for your See Your Future Membership. Remember, you can chat with live operator by clicking on the Contact Us link on seeyourfuture.com within the first three (5) days to arrange instant cancelation, and you will not be charged. At the end of your trial period your Membership will be automatically charged each month at the then-current membership fee on or about that same date to the Active Credit Card. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, chat with a live operator to arrange for immediate cancelation of your Membership. Prior charges are non-refundable.

Upon placing your first order for Online Products, you will automatically be enrolled in the See Your Future™ all-access program ("All-Access Program"). The All-Access Program enables you to access, via your Services Account, the Healthy Body and Being eBook Package ("Healthy Body and Being Package") made available on the Website. Initially, you shall have access to the Healthy Body and Being Package pursuant to a seven (21) day trial period ("Healthy Body and Being Access Pass"). If you do not cancel your Healthy Body and Being Access Pass during your seven (21) day trial period, then your Active Credit Card will be charged the monthly Healthy Body and Being Access Package fee of Nine Dollars and Eighty Cents ($9.80) ("HBABAP Monthly Fee"). To cancel call 866-370-6577. Thereafter, for as long as your Healthy Body and Being Access Pass remains active, your Active Credit Card will be charged for the HBABAP Monthly Fee on a monthly basis (every 31 days), for your ongoing Healthy Body and Being eBook Access Pass.

All Access Fees will appear on your Active Credit Card bill as "Healthy body" You hereby authorize See Your Future™ (or its partners, affiliates and/or agents) to charge your Active Credit Card all such Access Fees on a monthly basis. You acknowledge and agree that Healthy Body and Being™ will not obtain additional authorization from you for each installment of Access Fees charged to your Active Credit Card.

While your Membership remains active, the Monthly Fee will accrue on or about the same date each month as your Application date, and you will be required to pay the Monthly Fee for that month's membership. You hereby authorize See Your FutureTM (or its partners, affiliates and/or agents) to charge your Active Credit Card all such fees associated with Membership and Additional Services on a monthly basis. You acknowledge and agree that See Your FutureTM will not obtain additional authorization from you for each instalment of Monthly Fees charged to your Active Credit Card. All Monthly Fees are payable in United States currency. Failure to use the Products received does not constitute a basis for refusing to pay any of the associated charges. You agree to be bound by the pricing and billing practices of See Your FutureTM in effect at any given time. Upon prior written notice to you (with e-mail sufficing), See Your FutureTM reserves the right to change its pricing and/or billing practices whenever necessary, in its sole discretion. If you do not agree with these changes, you may cancel your Membership at any time, but you will remain responsible for timely payment of any and all Monthly Fees that you have already incurred (including any applicable late fees). Continued acceptance of Online Products and use of Member Services after receipt of such notice shall constitute consent to any and all such changes.

See Your Future™ authorization to provide and bill its Member Services is obtained by way of your electronic signature. Once an electronic signature is submitted, this electronic order constitutes an electronic letter of agency. See Your Future™ reliance upon your electronic signature was specifically sanctioned and written into law when the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act and the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Transactions Act were enacted in 1999 and 2000, respectively. Both laws specifically pre-empt all state laws that recognize only paper and handwritten signatures.

Cancellation of See Your Future™ Membership. You may cancel your Membership at any time if you are not completely satisfied with See Your Future™. Contact See Your Future™ by clicking on the Contact Us link on seeyourfuture.com. Please have your e-mail address and other Registration Data available for efficient processing of your cancellation order. However, we will not refund any amounts previously paid up to the date of cancellation or termination, you shall not receive any pro-rata refund for partial months and you remain liable for any and all unpaid charges billed by See Your Future™. You understand and agree that cancellation of your Membership is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dispute with See Your Future™. Upon any termination and/or cancellation of your Membership, your license grant, as set forth hereinbelow shall immediately terminate.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS; INAPPROPRIATE USE OF WEB SITE
The contents of the Web Site, including, without limitation, all designs, text, graphics, other files, and the selection and arrangement thereof, are copyrighted and proprietary property. See Your Future hereby authorizes you to copy (electronically or in hard copy) materials published on the Web Site or in print for non-commercial personal use only, provided that any copy of these documents which you make shall retain all copyright and other proprietary notices and any disclaimer contained on the documents. Except as expressly provided above, you may not otherwise copy, display, download, distribute, modify, reproduce, republish or retransmit any information, text or documents contained in the Web Site or any portion thereof in any electronic medium or in hard copy, or create any derivative work based on such images, text or documents, without the express written consent of See Your Future. No information or statement contained in these Terms of Use or the Web Site shall be construed as conferring, directly or by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right under any patent, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right of See Your Future, its affiliates, or any third party. See Your Future may, at our discretion, limit or restrict the access and use of the Web Site of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights in the manner described above.

MATERIAL YOU SUBMIT
You acknowledge that you are responsible for any submission you make ("Submissions"), including the legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality and copyright of any such material. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the Web Site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, or which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. If you send Submissions consisting of "testimonial" e-mails, you acknowledge that you grant See Your Future, Inc. the right to publicly display all or a part of such Submission on the Web Site at any time. Submissions shall be deemed to be non-confidential and non-proprietary. See Your Future shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Submissions and shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, modify, display and distribute the Submissions to others without limitation. By transmitting such Submissions to See Your Future and the Web Site, you automatically grant to See Your Future, Inc. a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license (with rights to sublicense) to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, edit and distribute such Submissions (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology now known or hereafter developed for the full term of any copyright that may exist in such Submissions. Please note that See Your Future does not want to receive Submissions containing confidential information from you and any Submissions received will be deemed NOT to be confidential. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless See Your Future, See Your Future, Inc. its and their affiliates and suppliers from any liability, loss, claim and expense (including attorneys' reasonable fees) related to (i) your violation of these Terms, and (ii) your use of this Web Site or the Services.

MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms constitute the sole agreement between you and See Your Future and its affiliated entities relating to your use and our provision of the Web Site and the Services and the subject matter hereof. Any cause of action brought by you against See Your Future or its affiliated entities must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arises or be deemed forever waived and barred.
